Five people have been charged in connection with the shooting of a Texas corporal last weekend.
The state Police officials announced on Friday that one of the suspects named Oscar Rosales is accused of killing the corporal while the other four arrested in the case have been charged with helping Rosales after the shooting.
The police statement read; “Rosales was taken into custody on Wednesday in Mexico, and he has been charged with capital murder.”
“Henri Mauricio Pereira Marque and Reina Azucena Pereira Marquez are charged with tampering with evidence, police said. Jose Santos Gutierrez Cruz and Jose Romel Hernandez Cruz are charged with hindering prosecution.”
Its claimed that the corporal was shot shortly about 12:30 a.m on Sunday after he pulled over a white Toyota Avalon. The driver of the car got out with a rifle and shot him through its windshield.
