Five persons have been confirmed dead after bomb explosions rocked Maiduguri before President Muhammadu Buhari's arrival in Borno State.
According to Punch, the bomb explosion in Ajilari killed a lady, while two young boys were injured.
The reports further claimed that another bomb killed 4 persons at in 1,000 and 707 Housing Estates within Maiduguri metropolis.
The bomb explosions occured in areas near the Maiduguri airport and the Nigerian Air Force Base where President Muhammadu Buhari landed ahead of an inauguration of projects in the state.
