Flights Resume At Kaduna International Airport After Closure

Months after an attack at the Kaduna International Airport, flight operations have resumed, with Azman Air making the first flights.

The acting General Manager, Corporate Affairs at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Faithful Hope-Ivbaze said flight operations to Kaduna airport commenced on Monday.

Reports say Azman Air landed at the airport with passengers from Lagos.

About two months ago, bandits raided one of the airport's runways one and killed a killed a guard.

The tragic incident had put a halt to flight operations which have only just resumed.
