Former BBNaija Housemate Joseph Ada Is Dead

Joseph Ada, a former housemate on Big Brother Naija, has passed away.

The reality star who took part in the first season of the popular reality show in 2006 reportedly died on May 24, 2023.

He had pancreatitis, according to reports, which caused his early demise.

Joseph shared a house in the show with contenders Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Gideon Okeke, Maureen Osuji, and others.

After the performance, he had moved to the US to further his flight attendant profession.

Reacting to the news of his death Ebuka Obi-Uchendu took to Instagram to pay tribute to him.

"Sad to hear about the passing of Joseph Ada. A fellow housemate in the first season of @BBNaija in 2006 and actual OG of fan bases with JFC.

"Started a whole new life in the US about 15 years ago only to now have it cut short... Rest in peace Ojoegeh."
