Former representative of Kaduna Central senatorial district at the Nigerian Senate, Shehu Sani has announced the death of an erstwhile governor of the North-west state, Balarabe Musa.
Taking to his Twitter page to announce the death of the 84 years old ex-Kaduna governor, Sani prayed that God forgives his soul.

“Alhaji Balarabe Musa has died. May Allah forgive his souls and grant him Aljanna Firdausi. Amin,” Sani wrote.
Also confirming the development, Zulai Balarabe Musa a daughter of the ex-governor revealed that her father died at the early hours of Wednesday and will be buried later today according to Islamic rite.
Musa who became governor of Kaduna state in 1979 was later controversially impeached.
He was also famous for mobilising against the military junta of late General Sani Abacha.
