Former Prime Minister Imran Khan of Pakistan has been granted bail by an anti-terrorism court in Islamabad.
The court granted bail until June 8 in eight cases related to violence at the court complex in March.
Additionally, Khan's wife, Bushra Bibi, was also granted protective bail until May 31 in a corruption case by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) court in Islamabad.
Imran Khan, who claims to be facing nearly 150 legal cases since his removal from power, is scheduled to appear before another NAB court in Rawalpindi.
The charges against Khan and his wife involve accepting the property as a gift in exchange for favours to a real estate tycoon.
Khan has consistently denied the allegations, asserting that he and his wife were not involved in any wrongdoing.
Following Khan's earlier arrest, violent protests erupted, resulting in attacks on public property and military installations.
