Four Dead In Australia’s Helicopter Collision

Two helicopters collided in Australia, killing four passengers and critically injuring three others.

The helicopters collided on Monday near the Sea World theme park in Main Beach, Gary Worrell, Queensland state police acting inspector said.

He added that; “Those two aircraft, when collided, have crash landed, and landed, on the sandbank just out from Sea World resort.

"As a result of that, four people have lost their lives today. Three others are critical in the hospital.

“Members of the public and police tried to remove the people and they commenced first aid and tried to get those people to safety from an airframe that was upside down.

Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk also said; “My deepest sympathies are with each of the families and everyone affected by this terrible accident.”
