Four Suspected Burglars Arrested By Amotekun Corp In Osun

The  Amotekun Corps in Ila Odo, Odo Otin Local Government Area of Osun State on Sunday arrested four suspected burglars and handed them over to the state police command.

It was gathered that the four burglars were Samson Adedokun, 18, Kazeem Saka, 20, Sola Taiwo the gang leader, and Rafiu Azeez, their herbalist.

The incident that led to their arrest happened two weeks ago where the gang men broke into someone's home and stole items including a phone.

AllNews gathered that Taiwo had gone to patronize a sex worker whom he did not pay her.

The sex worker in retaliation seized the phone he stole in his last operation in place of the service rendered.

The corps however traced the phone to the sex worker and used her as a bait to catch Taiwo on Sunday.

When contacted, the Director-General of the Amotekun Corps in the state, Mr. Amitolu Shittu, confirmed the arrest of the suspects.

Shittu said items recovered from the suspects included an android phone and many charms and they alongside the suspects have been handed over to the police.
