Free Playable Demo For 'Street Fighter 6' To Be Released April 26

Free Playable Demo For 'Street Fighter 6' To Be Released Apr

Japanese video game company Capcom has launched a new free playable demo for the PS5 and PS4 in advance of Street Fighter 6's release on June 2nd, 2023, the firm reported.

It can be used to make an avatar for use in the main game and play the first portion of the World Tour mode.

More information is provided in the video below, which will be released next week, on April 26.

The first four playable characters for the game's first year were also revealed by the developer: Rashid (summer 2023), A.K.I. (autumn 2023), Akuma (spring 2024), and Ed (winter 2024).

The single-player Street Fighter 6 modes were also described by Capcom. One is the World Tour, as was previously noted.

There, you may engage with well-known figures from Street Fighter and Capcom history, explore Metro City and other destinations, and level up your avatars. Haggar, Carlos Miyamoto, and others are a few of such.

The video down below demonstrates the World Tour mode.

The next instalment in the combat series will be released on the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, along with Ryu and Chun-Li, two popular Street Fighter V DLC characters, Luke will also be included.

Luke was formerly referred to by Capcom as "a key player in the future of Street Fighter" who would aid in broadening its universe.

Fans will probably want to play the playable demo when it becomes available on April 26 because it should give us a decent sense of the game.
