Again, the Chief Magistrate Court in Yaba, Lagos, has postponed the case against one of #EndSARS front liners and activist, Eromosele Adene, till March 17.
Eromosele was arrested from his home in Lagos by a team of policemen on November 7, 2020, for partaking in the #EndSARS protest and arraigned for criminal incitement, cyberstalking, and breach of public peace.

After spending 10 days in police custody he appeared before the court on November 16 but his case was adjourned till the next day following a complaint by the magistrate, O. A. Salawu, over the large presence of the media and citizens, who came to witness the proceeding.
However, he was granted a one million naira bail with the requirement of two sureties.
The activist appeared in court again on January 11, 2021, for the commencement of his trial but it got adjourned till February 15 owing to Covid-19 restrictions.
However, in a video Adene shared on his Twitter account on Monday, he stated that the court, yet again, has adjourned his case till March 17, without informing him or his lawyer.
My people! Dem don postpone my case again o! Till 17th of March. Neither myself nor my lawyer was informed. We move!
