The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has released the Open Heavens Prayer Points for today Thursday, 12 November 2020.
AllNews understands that the Open Heavens is a daily devotional guide and prayer points for the RCCG by Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the church.

PERSONAL DAILY CONFESSION: I confess today, The word of God is always my compass and guiding force therefore I am not directed by dictates of this world. I live for Christ and I am His vessel. Through me destinies will align to the will of the Most High and Heaven will rejoice over me. I am a candidate of heaven, I will never miss my eternal glory in Jesus’ name, amen.

Father, bless Your son, Pastor E.A.Adeboye, and reveal more of Yourself unto him and his household, as they meditates on Your word, daily, in Jesus’ name.
Father, bless everyone dedicating their time to pray through these prayers & declarations at the point of their needs. Give them the grace to share/rebroadcast, in Jesus’ name.
Father, let every challenge, hindrance and obstacle of getting these prayer points across to Your children, timely, and on daily basis be removed, in Jesus’ name.

OPEN HEAVEN FOR TEENS 12 NOVEMBER 2020 MESSAGE
To be contented means to be satisfied with the grace of God upon your life.
It also means that you cherish what God has done and is doing for you.
It entails showing gratitude to God for who you are in Christ Jesus.
What many people don’t know is that when you are contented with what you have now, it will be easy for God to do more for you.
Another reason why you should be contented is, joy is far from people who are discontented.
This is because they base their joy on things they have. Joy is one of the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
Absence of it produces works of the flesh and as child of God, the flesh is not supposed to have dominion over you.
You also need to be contented because whoever is not is in a competition with no one but himself.
A discontented fellow will seek desperately for things others have that he/she doesn’t have.
Whereas, the person he is competing with, doesn’t even know.
Besides, they have different situations, backgrounds and purpose to fulfil on earth.
Hence, he is in a competition with himself and none other. This is not what God wants from you.
He expects you to be grateful for your present condition while you aspire to greatness. Be contented with what you have.

OPEN HEAVEN 12 NOVEMBER 2020 MESSAGE
Many parents complain that their children do not obey them. Most times however, the parents are to blame.
Children can see and hear more than we know; they absorb all information from their homes both consciously and subconsciously.
When there is a difference between the words and actions of a parent, the children become confused and will most likely follow the actions of their parents since Actions speak louder than words.
The best way to teach children is by example. Lead the way and they will follow.
I recall an instance when my children were small. We had a visitor who came with his child.
One of my sons went into my room, wore my tie and came out to meet the little boy.
He laid his hand on the boys head and said Fall down. We all laughed, but I never forgot the lesson.
The boy had observed that whenever I laid my hands on people they would fall, but even beyond that, he noted that I always had my tie on when doing so.
What attention to detail! That is how detailed children are in their observations.
Hence, you must deliberately set the right examples. Paul, in Philippians 4:9 said:
“Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.”
A father who cannot get his eyes off ladies will raise a promiscuous boy. A mother who constantly gossips will raise a gossip.
Start being the right examples to your children from now.
You want them to read their Bibles and pray daily? Do the same.
If you want your child to be kind to others, be kind too.
When little children always see their parents punching away at their phones and hardly ever see them with books, it will take God’s grace for the children to enjoy reading.
Be deliberate about your actions, bearing in mind that your children can see everything you are doing, and they will also follow the same path.
Set a worthy example; do the right things always.
Showing an example is a thousand times more effective than verbal teaching.
