Media personality Latasha Ngwube has reacted to reality star Ka3na Jones'post stating that most Nollywood producers are now in the business of influencing brands.
Recall that the self-proclaimed boss lady on her Twitter account stated that there are no latest Nollywood movies on Netflix because most of the movie producers and actors have tilted towards influencing brands.
In Ka3na's opinion, it was Big Brother Naija's former housemates that paved the way for making money from influencing.
Ka3na further advised movie producers to stop competing and make good holiday movies.
"Most Nollywood movie producers/actors have become brand influencers no latest Nigerian movies on Netflix. BBN housemates don open their eyes to influencing money.
"It's not a competition, yall go make us good holiday movies please," she wrote.
In response to Ka3na's opinion, Latasha took to her Instagram story to say that the absence of holiday movies does not mean that moviemakers are now brand influencers.
She further urged Ka3na to go ahead and fund movie projects because she is a boss lady and has an expensive smile.
"The absence of "good holiday movies and new Nigerian movies" in her opinion, is not proof that movie makers have turned to brand promotions and influencing.
"Also, please can ANYBODY confirm that BBN housemates created and pioneered "influencer money"? You're a boss lady with a dazzling and expensive new smile... go ahead and fund AMAZING movie projects girl!!!"
Actress Wumi Toriola didn't fail to bash Ka3na over her statement. Wumi stated that most of the female BBNaija housemates think with their mouths when stating their opinions.
She also mentioned that Ka3na is not a famous housemate like she thinks.
"As much as I like the BBN show, some of these girls just think from their mouth. Do you know what it takes to build a brand and still maintain it?
"We are not talking about branding building whose life span is barely one year. In your mind, you are a famous housemate???", she wrote.
