FY 2022: BUA Cement Plc Records N88 Billion Profit

BUA Cement plc's financial report for the half-year 2022, which ended June 30, 2022, has revealed that the company recorded a net profit of N88.73 billion, which represents 2.21 per cent over the N86.81 billion attained a year before.

The company also recorded a gross earnings of N591.80 billion, which represents a31.42 per cent increase, compared to N450.30 billion recorded in 2021.

Profit Before Tax also grew by 0.42 per cent to stand at N97.80 billion as against the N97.37 billion recorded in 2021.

Thr report further showed that the company's total asset rose to N13.19 billion, from N11.73 billion which indicates a 12.51 per cent increase.
