Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, Dr. Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna
Kano State Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has left Kano for Saudia to perform Lesser Hajj.
Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Abba Anwar, in a statement signed on Saturday evening disclosed this, adding that the Deputy, Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna will be in the acting capacity, as a Governor.
The statement directed all Ministries, Departments, and Agencies to cooperate with the acting Governor for smooth administration.
Governor Ganduje also urged Muslims to make good use of the last ten days of the Holy Month of Ramadan to seek Allah's forgiveness, and pray for peace for the state and the country.
