Governor Bala Addresses Bauchi Muslim Pilgrims Ahead Of Take

The Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed, is set to address Muslim pilgrims in the state on Monday ahead of their take-off. 

The pilgrims are expected to be airlifted to Saudi Arabia after the governor's address at 4:00 pm today.

The first set of pilgrims to be airlifted included those from the Ningi and Ganjuwa Local Government Areas of the State. 

According to the Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, the governor would address the pilgrims at the Sultan Saad Abubakar Hajj Camp in Bauchi. 

Muhammad Sani Yunusa, the Information officer of the board made this known in a statement on Monday. 

"Consequently, Bauchi State will start airlift of its pilgrims to Saudi Arabia for pilgrimage today, Monday 29th May, with pilgrims from Ningi, Ganjuwa, and few from HSS, BSI, and BSII.

"All intending pilgrims are requested to check their names at a first flight schedule pasted at the Headquarters of the Board situated along Yandoka road, Bauchi.

"In addition, the intending pilgrims on the first flight are required to appear in their Uniforms for His Excellency's address at the Hajj Camp Bauchi by 4:00 pm, please," Yunusa stated.
