Governor Ganduje Condoles With Kano NNPP Guber Candidate Over Loss Of Grandmother

Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano State on Sunday condoled with the New Nigeria Peoples Party Gubernatorial Candidate Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf over the death of his grandmother A'ishatu Mowa Sufi who died recently.

Represented by his deputy and APC Gubernatorial Flag bearer, Dr Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna led the Government delegation who were received at the deceased's family house in Yakasai Quarters of the Metropolis by an Uncle to the NNPP's Candidate, Ibrahim Abubakar Aminu.

While delivering the condolence message during the visit, Gawuna also condole Hajiya Najaatu, mother of Engineer Abba Kabir who is a daughter of the deceased.

In a statement on Sunday's eve by the Chief Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor, Hassan Musa Fagge, the Governor described the death as a sad and great loss.

"Accept my sincere condolences, that of the government and good people of Kano State on the passing of this outstanding woman who contributed to the development of humanity he said ".

He also prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive her deeds, grant her Jannatul Firdaus and give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
