Governor Masari Shares Vehicles To 34 Council Chairmen in Katsina

The Governor of Katsina State, Aminu Bello Masari has distributed vehicles to all the 34 Local Government chairmen in the state.

The governor called on the council chairmen to remain focused in the discharge of their duties. 

Masari made the call while distributing the 34 vehicles in Katsina today. 

In his remark, the Governor said, "Considering how you enter the nooks and crannies of your council areas, the government has taken this into account and brought you new and efficient cars so that you will have more confidence to go anywhere to meet or hear the complaints of your people." 

The governor further wished the chairmen well as they received the vehicles. 

Meanwhile, the state's commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon Ya'u Umar Gwajogwajo appreciated the governor on behalf of the council chairmen for the governor's gesture.

He further called on the council chairmen to remain committed to their jobs and be conscious of the responsibilities on their shoulders.
