Governor Udom Heads Ekiti PDP Gubernatorial Primary

The National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has nominated the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Emmanuel Udom as the Chairman of the PDP Ekiti State Gubernatorial Primary Electoral Committee.

This was made known on Tuesday in a press release signed by Umar M. Nature, the National Organising Secretary of the party.

The Committee which is saddled with the responsibility of conducting the Special State Congress for the party in Ekiti State has also been mandated with the task of electing a gubernatorial candidate for the party for the upcoming gubernatorial contest in the state.

Other members of the electoral committee include; Erelu Olusola Obada (Member), Michael Miku (Member), Barrister brahim Khalid (Member) and Retired Honourable Toby Okechukwu (Member/Secretary).

AllNews recalls that the exercise is scheduled to hold in Ado-Ekiti on Wednesday, January 26, 2022.
