Gunmen Kills One, Abduct Students And Staff Of College In Kagara

Gunmen suspected to be armed bandits have invaded Government Science College, Kagara, Niger State, killing one student and abducting an unspecified number of students and staff of the school. 

Senator Shehu Sani, reacting through his offical twitter handle stated that he has confirmed  the incident from the school principal. The event occured in the early hours of wednesday.

According to reports, the bandits gathered some staff and students at a place for hours before moving them out of the school premises to an unknown location.

Reports also revealed that a staff of the college was able to escape being abducted. At the time of filing this report, effort to get the police has been unsuccessful.
