Hanifa Abubakar Death: Reno Omokri Shades Aisha Buhari Over Comment

Reno Omokri has taken a swipe at the wife of the President, Aisha Buhari on her comment about the public execution of the killers of Hanifa Abubakar.

Five-year-old Hanifa was kidnapped and killed with rat poison by Abdulmalik Tanko, the proprietor of her school located in Kwanar Dakata community in Nassarawa LGA of Kano state. Her body was buried in the school premises with the help of a friend.

Tanko who was paraded before newsmen on Friday, January 21, confessed to having kidnapped Hanifa in December 2021 and had demanded a 6 million Naira ransom from her family.

He said he decided to kill and bury little Hanifa after he suspected that he might soon be caught.

In a video which has now gone viral, Malam Abdallah Gadon Kaya, a Kano-based cleric, asked that Tanko be killed the same way he killed Hanifa.

He said the proprietor should be executed publicly, adding that President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Abdullahi Ganduje can get this done.

Supporting the call for justice,  Aisha Buhari asked for capital punishment for the killers of Hanifa Abubakar,  and some Nigerians welcomed her suggestion but Reno Omokri seems to see things in another way.
