Hansi Flick To Step Down As Bayern Munich's Coach By Summer

Bayern Munich's sextet winning coach, Hansi Flick to set down his role as the head coach of the Bavarians by the summer of 2021.

There has been several speculation as to the German's retention of his job after clash with Sporting director, Hasan Salihamidzic.

Flick 56, took up the job in November 2019 almost mid-season during the 2019-20 campaign and fired Bayern to a continental treble.

He has been linked to take over the Germany national team job with Joachim Low set to quit after this summer's European Championship.

He denied he had chosen to leave because he is set to take the position with Germany.

"The future is absolutely not clear," he said. "There has been no discussions regarding that.

"Obviously the [German] FA is an option which every coach has to think about. But this is independent of that. I decided to take this step."

Although Bayern is out of the Champions League for the 2020-21 season after suffering home defeat to Paris Saint Germain but could still swoop all German trophies to continue their domestic dominance.
