Hilda Baci: Tinubu Congratulates Chef On Guinness World Record Feat

Nigeria President-elect Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has congratulated chef Hilda Baci as she set a new Guinness World Record for the longest time spent cooking.

On Monday morning, she successfully surpassed the record of 87 hours, 45 minutes, and 00 seconds previously held by Lata Tondon from India and is on the way to set her own personal record of 96 hours.

Taking to his official Instagram page, Tinubu said her achievement is a display of the Nigerians’ resilient spirit.

He added that all Nigerians are proud of her remarkable feat.

“I congratulate Hilda Effiong Bassey on her record-breaking achievement.

“It was a remarkable display of the Nigerian can-do attitude and the spirit of excellence that lies within.

“We are all deeply proud of her,” Tinubu tweeted.

It is important to note that the Guinness World Record organisation has said that it will review evidence before officially declaring that Hilda broke a record.
