Homosexuality: Court Strikes Out Case Against James 'They Didn't Caught Me' Brown

Homosexuality: Court Strikes Out Case Against James 'They Di

Popular Nigerian crossdresser and influencer, James Brown aka “They didn’t caught me” has taken to Instagram to jubilate after court dismissed homosexuality charges against him and 57 others.

Brown was arrested in a police raid at a party in November 2018.

The police report said that the cross-dresser and others were caught while initiating new recruits into the gang.

However, Justice Rilwan Aikawa of a Federal High Court in Lagos, ruled on the case on Tuesday, October 27, striking it out on the ground that the charges lacked “diligent prosecution” by the police.

On his Instagram page, Brown wrote “I’m free like a bird, homosexuality case closed congratulations to 57 runaway boys, we won (we no be gay).

AllNews reports that Brown who is also a dancer became popular when he spoke out of tension, saying, “they didn’t caught me” when he was under the Police investigation as to whether he was gay, he had also claimed that he was born with HIV.

But in an Instagram post, the dancer refuted the claims, saying “I don’t know why people think that I am HIV positive, the simple mistake I did trying to save myself is hunting me.”
