How BBNaija's Tacha Stopped Man From Committing Suicide

Former BBNaija contestant Tacha Akide helped to stop a man from taking his own life in Lagos.

Reality star Prince took to his social media accounts on Wednesday where he revealed that a friend of his named Somto was planning to commit suicide.

Prince then called on friends and those living in the neigbourhood to help stop the young man from taking his own life. He wrote the following words:

"Please guys this is urgent, if anyone lives in Chevy view estate and you are seeing this, please head now to No 9 Ladega strt and ask for Somto. He's a friend, just posted on his status that he drank sniper.

"I'm rushing there right now but I'm I hr away, I may not get him in time."

Tacha was among those who went in search of Somto and fortunately, she succeeded in her quest and located him in the nick of time with the aid of another individual. The young man was then taken to the hospital.

Giving an update on the situation, Prince said, "I got a call from a friend that he and @symplytacha have found somto and are currently in the hospital. Thank you very much Symply_Tacha for your kind heart, and to everyone who showed concern, God bless you too immensely."

Tacha herself confirmed Prince's update, penning the following words: "Good morning Y'all. I know I had everyone sick worried about me yesterday, my dad, Titans and the general public.

"I'm sorry I put you guys in that state. I just couldn't have been home knowing I was a few mins away from saving Somto. I'm glad he's doing ok and currently with @princenelsonenwerem.

"I pray Somto finds every reason to never think of suicide again, may God in his infinite mercy and grace make his life and dreams a living TESTAMENT."
