How I Was Almost Sent Out Of The Passport Office – Simi [Video]

Simi has described her recent incident at a Lagos passport office.

She revealed in an Instagram video that she was almost denied access to a passport office because of how she looked.

Simi stated that she was ordered to return home and change her clothes before being allowed inside.

Even her celebrity status couldn't help her because the officials are still adamant about her dress.

Simi also stated that she had to remove her nosering and earring.

“I went to the passport office to get my passport done and when I reached the gate, they said I should go back because I am indecently dressed.

“I look myself up to down, and asked, can you see anything in my body that is indecent?

“He said he cannot see, but I should go back and wear something more ‘down’.”
