How I Was Maltreated By My Ex-Husband During Pregnancy — Comedian Princess [Video]

Princess, one of Nigeria's comedians, has revealed that she was maltreated by her husband during her ectopic pregnancy.

The revelation came during her recent interview session with Chide Jideonwo on his show and the comedian disclosed that Jeremiah Adeshola, her ex-husband, was not bothered when she started to experience serious pains before she lost the pregnancy.

"l didn’t even know that maybe I had an ectopic pregnancy, but I knew something was wrong. I remember telling (my husband), begging him ‘Can you help me rub my back?’ and he said he was not interested," Princess said.

"So I remember waking him up and begging him that I feel I’m going to die any moment from now but I don’t want to die inside the house, he should please call the neighbors so that they can take me to the hospital, I’ll die peacefully there."

Princess added that it was the intervention of her neighbour that led to her being taken to the hospital for the necessary medical treatment.

She and Adeshola tied the nuptial knot in 2013 at the Ikoyi Registry, with the reception taking place at Balmoral Events Center, Oregun, Lagos.

The union lasted only a few months before both parties went their separate ways.
