Huawei Partners Skyscanner To Provide New Flight Capabilities

Huawei has teamed with Skyscanner, a travel marketplace, to deliver additional airline search tools to Huawei consumers.

Petal Search is projected to assist millions of travellers in finding the best flight, hotel, and auto rental alternatives as a result of the new relationship.

Both Petal Search and Petal Maps on Huawei Mobile Services now have Skyscanner search capabilities.

With Skyscanner's large network of over 1,000 suppliers, Huawei users can now effortlessly search for and compare flights, hotels, and car rental options all around the world.

Petal Search's travel channel offers unique recommendations and inspiration, and it has all of a consumer's adventure demands covered.

Petal Search offers both global and localized material, allowing travellers to create unique travel itineraries according to their preferences.

The travel channel will be available to 40 million active users of Huawei Petal Search in 170 countries and over 28 million monthly active users of Petal MapS in 160 countries via the Petal Search app, Petal Search web version, Huawei Assistant, or by simply swiping down on a Huawei phone.

The service will launch in Europe first, before expanding globally, with the same content, coverage, and pricing that Skyscanner consumers are used to.

Director of Affiliate Marketing from Skyscanner, Sonja Balcer commented: "We're pleased to be partnering with Huawei to be powering flight discovery in Petal Search with our industry-leading API.

"Petal Search users will now be able to find millions of flight combinations to destinations throughout the world, all in the palm of their hands with the most competitive flight prices and fast results."
