Chinese smartphone makers, HUAWEI has revealed its P50 Pocket (flip-foldable smartphone) in a Harper's Bazaar China shoot with Chinese actress and singer Guan Xiao Tong.

The photo posted on Weibo looks fairly large with a circular external display that can show the time, notifications and a view of what is captured with the camera if the phone is flipped shut.

The P50 Pocket phone is expected to arrive in two colors – Silver and Gold, and it's going to be the company’s fourth foldable phone but the first one to feature a clamshell-style design.

Huawei recently made it official that it has a flagship launch underway dubbed P50 Pocket to be introduced to the world on December 23.

No technical details were made available. Among a few things that have leaked so far is that the device features a new thermal management system.

The external display of the P50 Pocket is right next to the camera, a fingerprint reader is located along the edges of the device. The version in the Harper's Bazaar photoshoot is gold with some sort of leafy pattern, but Huawei's teaser shows that it will also come in a silver variant with a diamond plaid pattern.
