Nigerian actor Idowu Adeyemi aka Yhemo Lee has called out his colleagues on their hypocrisy following 50 Cent’s announcement of plans to release movie series on internet fraudster Hushpuppi.
Via his Instagram story, Yhemo Lee said that most Nigerians accused Hushpuppi of tarnishing the country’s image during the time he was arrested for fraud.
According to the actor, when 50 Cent announced plans to release a series on Hushpuppi, several actors want to audition to play the character of the internet fraudster.
Yhemo Lee said that this was because it was 50 Cent that is producing the movie.
“You lots were in comment sections dragging the hell out of him, talmbout how he tarnished the image of Nigerians but you now want to audition to play his character to tarnish the Nigerian image even more just cos it’s 50 Cent that’s producing the movie lol.
“You people are really smelling. Bunch of ass lickers,” he wrote.
