Mummy G.O: I Have Been Receiving Death Threats Evangelist Funmilayo Adebayo Cries Out

Olufunmilayo Adebayo, the evangelist nicknamed Mummy G.O. has revealed she receives death threats over her kind of sermon.

She is the General Overseer of Rapture Proclaimed Evangelical Christian Church of God (RAPEC) and became famous after several clips of her controversial sermons found their way online.

Speaking during an interview with BBC, the trending Mummy G.O. said she has been receiving several threats but because she has not succumbed, they have diverted to using social media to get to her during an interview with BBC.

"I have been receiving some strange calls, evangelist Funmi you are affecting us, many of our members hear your message and they pull out from our church if you don't stop, we kill you.

"I thought it was a joke till I physically witnessed some. They have been threatening my life but when they discovered I did not change, they started using social media against me", she said.

In 2019, she was heavily criticised for saying that people who take Vitamin C and eat Titus fish will not make heaven.

Among her viral messages is one where the clergywoman said break dancing originated from the land of the dead.

“Where did break dancing generate from? Michael Jackson. He got power from the dead land. What is the land of the dead? Skeleton. Skeleton is not for the living. If you breakdance, you’re telling God you’re dead,” she said.

She also once revealed that she was originally a man in ancient Egypt, but died in a war.

She claimed that she was trained in the afterlife and was sent for ‘I.T’ (industrial training) before she was sent to Nigeria where she was reborn as a woman.
