Wrestler-turned-actor John Cena has stated that he has never been tough in his life and that he has never needed to prove that he is.
The F9: The Fast Saga star made the comments while talking about his stunt work in the upcoming movie, revealing that he liked to take the advice of those who had more knowledge than him.
Cena said, "When they tell me, like, ‘Hey, this might stop production, we’re going to switch you out,’ I won’t be like, ‘No!’ I’m 44, man. I certainly – I’ve never been tough in my life. I don’t have to prove I’m tough.

He appears alongside Idris Elba, Margot Robbie, Jai Courtney, and Joel Kinnaman in the forthcoming DC ensemble film The Suicide Squad.
