On January 20, Nigerian singer and winner of the first season of Idols West Africa in 2007, Timi Dakolo will be 40.
He has mentioned that he would love to be surprised with lots of gifts as it would make him feel special.

Via his Instagram, Dakolo shared a list containing eight items he would love to get on his birthday.
He accompanied the list with the caption, “I am not joking o, make me feel special. I deserve it. Thank you all in advance. May The almighty Bless you All.”
Dakolo was born on January 20, 1981, in Accra, Ghana to a Nigerian father, Bayelsa-native David and a Ghanaian mother, Norah. In 2006, he auditioned for the reality show, Idols West Africa in Calabar and emerged the winner. Accompanying his victory was a recording contract with Sony BMG.
