"I Will Stop The World If I Can For My Kids' - Wizkid Speaks On Fatherhood [VIDEO]

Nigerian superstar, Wizkid, has said that the most important thing to him is his family and he prioritizes his kids over everything.

The 'Ojuelegba' crooner made this known in a mini-documentary series on his YouTube channel, celebrating his 10 years of breaking into the mainstream as a singer.

He said, "The most important thing to me is family. I'm a big family guy. My son is like my best friend. He calls me every day and I talk to him every day. We have the craziest conversation, he is nine. It is very important to me that I keep my family together. That is one thing that my parent always instilled in us, to understand that there is nothing more important than family.

"Fatherhood means everything to me. Before, I used to see myself like this is Wizkid, I'm a musician. When I had my kids, I'm a father before anything else. That is what I am. I will pull everything and all for my kids. I will stop the world if I can for my kids. That is the kind of father that I am. They mean everything to me, my heart and soul."

Speaking on religion, Starboy said that the religion he practices is love. He also sent a shout-out to Banky W for understanding and believing in his vision and taking him under his wings like a little brother.

He added that Wizkid is not just a name, but a brand, which he protects judiciously.
