Ighalo Moves From Al-Hilal To Al-Wehda

Nigerian striker Odion Ighalo has sealed a permanent move from Al-Hilal to Al-Wehda in Saudi Arabia.

The 34-year-old signed a two-year contract with the Saudi Pro League (SPL) club, bringing to an end an 18-month spell at Al-Hilal.

Al-Wehda announced his arrival in a tweet on the club’s verified Twitter account on Tuesday.

Ighalo was a key member of the Al-Hilal squad that won the league title and Kings Cup last season.

He scored 43 goals and notched seven assists in 60 appearances across all competitions.

He also ranked third in last season's scoring charts with 19 goals, two less than Golden Boot winner Abderrazak Hamdallah of Al-Ittihad.

The former Watford and Manchester United striker claimed the SPL top scorer award two seasons ago when he scored 20 goals at Al Shabab.
