The Governor of Gombe State, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya is set to present the 2022 budget to the state assembly Thursday.
The budget presentation is expected to commence at 11am.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by his Director-General, Press Affairs, Ismaila Uba Misili.
The presentation followed after the ratification and approval of the budget proposal during the state executive council meeting on Monday.
The governor had earlier discussed on the budget at a town hall meeting with traditional rulers, community leaders, trade unions, faith-based and non-governmental organisations to give them a sense of belonging.
The budget presentation will be broadcast live from the State House of Assembly Complex via radio stations in the state, including social media platforms.
