Nigerian singer Ayra Starr has described her fall during her stage performance at the 2022 Afrochella Ghana as ‘very unnecessary and painful’.
Taking to her Twitter page on Thursday morning, she said she hopes her crush never sees the clip of her fall.
Furthermore, she urges the Afrochella to clean up their stage after each artiste’s performance.
“I just hope my crush never sees that video of me falling.
“Afrochella next time y’all should clean your stage after every artist performance, that fall was very unnecessary and painful,” the ‘Rush’ singer tweeted.

In the video that made the rounds, the singer was seen performing the Mavin Records’ joint single ‘Won Da Mo’.
At some point, she ran on the stage but ended up slipping.
She, however, handled the situation with grace and continued her performance.
