Thomas Tuchel and Reece James
Chelsea defender Reece James has taken to social media to react to the shocking move to dismiss German manager Thomas Tuchel on Wednesday.
The German manager was fired on Wednesday morning following Chelsea's poor start to the 2022-23 season, which also saw them lose to Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League on Tuesday.
The 22-year-old posted a picture of himself and Tuchel hugging after winning the UEFA Champions League trophy in 2021.
He wrote "Thank You" with a blue heart emoji to wish the former PSG well in his future endeavours.

James is one of the Chelsea players who can hold his head high for his strong start to the season, and he has been rewarded with a new six-year contract.
Chelsea are expected to announce the appointment of Brighton coach Graham Potter as their new coach on Thursday ahead of their Premier game on Saturday against Fulham.
