Manchester United has agreed on personal terms with Ecuadorian midfielder, Moises Caicedo, but a deal has not been completed yet. The club is in close contact with the player's agent though.
AllNews understands that many news outlets already confirm the signing of the midfielder as United first January signing but that is not true, as reliable sports Journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed that the deal is not yet complete in his post.

Several reasons why the deal is not sealed include:
Board and the club manager, Ole Gunner Solskjaer have not concluded on buying the midfielder yet as several players are in the midfield including new signing Van de Beek
To obtain a work permit for the Ecuadorian in England will be difficult.
