Alex Rodriguez has finally spoken out about his relationship with ex-fiancée Jennifer Lopez.
Rodriguez's statement comes days after Lopez unfollowed him on Instagram and removed all of his pictures from her page. She is presently dating actor Ben Affleck.
Alex said he is 'grateful for the 'incredible life' he shared with Lopez, saying they bonded and learned a lot during their relationship.
The ex-baseball player went on to say that he and his daughters, Natasha, 16, and Ella, 12, now have the "opportunity to take that and move forward and say, 'You know what? 'We're grateful for the last five years; how can we make the next five years better because of the lessons learned?'"
“I’m so grateful for where God and the light has really put me, and I’m really looking forward. Mostly to see how my girls keep developing" he added.
