Jigawa Empowerment Agency Boss Ubale Assumes Office

The newly appointed Executive Secretary of the Jigawa State Agency for Economic Empowerment and Youth Employment,  Habibu M. Ubale, has assumed office.

Ubale who spoke after receiving the agency's handover notes, appealed to the agency staff to support him achieve the smooth running of the agency.

He also urged them to redouble their efforts while discharging their duties in order to boost socioeconomic activities in the state. 

The executive secretary assured of implementing youth-friendly programmes that will make the youths self-reliant.

He stressed the importance of supporting the youths so as to contribute their quota to the development of their respective communities and statewide.

Ubale further appreciated the state governor, Umar Namadi, for giving him the opportunity to serve in this capacity.

He further assured the governor that he would do his best to justify the confidence reposed in him. 

Also speaking, Suleiman Zakari, the Agency's Director of Administration and Finance, assured of his support to the new agency boss to enable him to succeed. 

Reporting to duty, Ubale was accompanied by the Village Head of Kanya Babba, Alhaji Kamal Muhammad Ibrahim, Khadi Barau Kanya, the Managing Director of the Jigawa Radio Corporation, Malam Mati Ali, Chairman of the Civil Service Union, Sanusi Abdu Kanya, members of the House of Assembly representing Babura, Garki and Guri among others.
