Kanye West Dumps Divorce Attorney Ahead Of Court Battle With Kim Kardashian

Kanye West has reportedly given his divorce attorney, Chris Melcher, the boot as his legal battle with estranged wife Kim Kardashian inches closer.

Close sources to the rapper who spoke TMZ disclosed that he fired the lawyer as the relationship between the two has become extremely difficult, with little communication.

Per the report, Kanye seems to contradict himself, saying that wants to settle things with Kim one moment, and at other times, expressing his desire to fight.

Now, the Jesus Walks crooner has hired the services of Samantha Spector (who represented Nicole Young in her divorce drama with Dr. Dre) ahead of the pivotal hearing.

The hearing takes place on Wednesday and it is expected that the judge will rule to make Kim legally single.

Information obtained by TMZ indicates that it is highly unlikely that Kanye will be present at the hearing but court records show that Kim will either call or video chat.
