Kenyan Court Sentence Man To Life Imprisonment For Defiling 3-Year-Old Daughter.
A magistrate stationed at Kisumu’s Winam Law, Court, Kenya has sentenced John Ondera to life imprisonment for defiling his three-year-old daughter.
The prosecution, led by Mwende Kavindu, called six witnesses to present evidence against the accused.
Principal Magistrate Chrispine Oruo noted in his judgement that he sentenced the offender based on several arguments, including his relation to the victim.
Also presented were the victim's age and the doctor's medical report, which he claimed informed the decision on the nature and duration of the sentence.
The accused was also charged with committing an indecent act with a child in violation of Section 11(1) of the Sexual Offences Act.
