Kunle Afolayan's Production Film and Television academy held its maiden graduation ceremony recently and it was a momentous event.
The ceremony was majorly held to celebrate the ten students who graduated from the KAP 10 Weeks Advanced Cinema Editing Post-Production intensive workshop and were shortlisted for the Netflix USC- School of Cinematic Arts.
In his speech, Kunle Afolayan praised the tenacity of the students while reiterating that this was his own way of giving back to the community and the youths.
Many notable filmmakers were in attendance to grace the event such as the legendary Tade Ogidan, Tunde Kelani, and Jide Kosoko amongst a host of others.
The course and graduation is the first of its kind in the Nigeria Movie and Arts sphere and lots of people have lauded Afolayan for his continuous groundbreaking and pioneering tendencies.
The graduates were wished luck in their endeavours and we surely can't wait to start seeing their works.
