The Benue State Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Ekpe Ogbu alongside three others have been released by gunmen who kidnapped them near Ado Local government area last Friday.
The commissioner was abducted on his way to Makurdi from Utonkom in Ado LGA of the state.
