Kim Kardashian's Battle With Neighbour Over Planned Driveway

Kim Kardashian's plan to build a driveway is facing a major obstacle; an irate neighbour who has a bone to pick with the reality star.

Per a TMZ report, the neighbour in question, Sarah Key, has filed an injunction to prevent Kim from putting up a driveway that leads to a strip of land Key owns.

In the documents obtained by the news outlet, Key reveals that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star wants a special driveway that would give her access to and from her house in the Hidden Hills community.

Even though construction of the driveway is yet to begin, Key wants to halt Kim's plans as she claims a part of the driveway would be on her property.

Also, Key has made it quite clear that if it's permission Kim wants from her, it's something she (Key) will not give.

The report clarifies that the injunction is not against Kim but rather the Hidden Hills Community Association and it is aimed at stopping the body from approving any driveway construction.

It has also been revealed that the same neighbour filed a restraining order against the same association to block Kim from building an underground vault, subterranean parking, attached subterranean wellness center, and a detached guardhouse earlier this year even though the reality star denied plans to build a vault.
