Awalu Adamu
The Executive Chairman of Kokona Local Government Council, of Nasarawa state Hon. Awalu Adamu has Tuesday presented a supplementary budget of N50 million to the Legislative Arm for approval.
Adamu while representing the budget assured that his people's centred administration would entrench efficient spending, curb waste, engender inclusiveness in order to deliver excellently.
He called for synergy to deliver the much needed dividends of democracy and placed the area on the pedestal of sustained growth and development.
The Speaker of the Legislative Arm, Philemon Abu Akuki, commended the Chairman for according top priority to the welfare and the security of lives and property of the indigent citizens.
Akuki assured him of speedy consideration of the supplementary budget to deliver on his life impactful projects.
