Chioma Nwadike, the lady whose photos went viral after speculations that she left her fiance to get married to marry the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, has debunked the rumours.
The traditional ruler had married for himself a new wife named Chioma. In no time, photos of another lady were widely circulated. The report had gone viral that the lady left her husband because of money to join the Yoruba Monarch's harem as a wife.

Taking to Twitter, the lady issue a disclaimer stating that she is not the Chioma who got married to the king. According to her, she is separated from her husband and the past months have been very traumatic for her because of the delay in the divorce process, and now she is being shamed for this false allegation.
3/It is rather pathetic that yesterday the 12th day of March 2021, I discovered that my photos were attached to the marriage news of the Alaafin and has since been heavily publicized by blogs and news pages across various social media platforms.

Also in an Instagram live interview with Ubi Franklin, Chioma said that she was not Alaafin’s wife and that she was surprised to see her engagement photos go viral with claims that she abandoned her man for the king.
