    The Lagos State government on Thursday announced the discharge of 13 new COVID-19 patients. 

    The patients, 11 males and 2 females, all Nigerians,  were discharged from the Yaba and Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) Isolation facilities in the state. 

    The patients were discharged after having fully recovered and tested negative to coronavirus twice. 

    The total number of patients discharged in Lagos state stands at 541.
