The remains of the late veteran actress Folake Aremu popularly called Orisabunmi will be laid to rest in her hometown Olla in Kwara State, on Monday, January 28.
The actress who became popular in the 80s for her roles as a priestess, pacifist, or the good witch in movies Such as ‘Asabi’ in “Oluwerimagboojo”, and the priestess in “Ayanmo Eda” passed on at the age of 60.
Chairman of the Oyo State Chapter of the Theater and Motion Picture Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) Rose Odika verified that the remains of the actress will leave Tour Mortuary on Iwo Road in Ibadan to Kwara State for burial.”

The actress' death comes four months after the death of her ex-husband, Jimoh Aliu, popularly known as Aworo.
President of the Theatre Arts And Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) Bolaji Amusan, better known as Mr. Latin, confirmed that Orisabunmi died on Tuesday night.
