Radio Monitoring Equipment Not Targeted At IPOB Members - FG

The Federal Government has cleared doubts on the use of the hybrid Radio Spectrum Monitoring Equipment, stating that it was not deployed for the use against Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
